Your annual benefit statement has been sent
Your 2025 Benefit Statement has been released via InfoSlips. You should have received an email or an SMS with a link. You can open the link to your Benefit Statement using your ID number.
Your 2025 Benefit Statement will show you the following:
- How much you have saved in your retirement fund (your withdrawal benefit).
- The performance of your portfolio/s.
- Your death benefits and what the payout would be if you were to die.
- A list of your associated benefits, such as
- Disability Income Benefit
- Group Life Assurance
- Woolworths Memorial Education Fund
- Funeral Assistance Benefit.
- A list of your beneficiaries. It is most important that this is always up to date.
You can also access your Benefit Statement via the MyWoolies app, WhatsApp or AF Connect

Go to the MyWoolies App and log in to your profile. Here you will find your Benefit Statement link.2

- Send Help to AF on WhatsApp.
- Select Register or Login from the list.
- Choose Benefit Statement in the self-service menu.
